We often see this Condor in our workshop. This time the customer had knocked his bike and bent the hanger (the second time it’s been in for the same reason, last time a new Campagnolo rear mech was needed). I think they must make these hangers from plasticine because they are so easy to bend. In fact its hard to understand why you would fit a replaceable hanger on a steel frame at all. We’ve never done that in 77 years!
Ever since I first saw this bike I noticed that the clearance between the cassette and the chainstay is extremely tight on this bike. Now you can see that paint is marked everytime the wheel is taken in and out. A minor issue though on an otherwise great looking bike.
